Please Note: We Are a Direct Patient-Pay Clinic

We do not bill or accept insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid.

All visits are paid directly by the patient, and payment is due at the time of your appointment.

What this means for you

• You will know the cost of your care before your visit.
• You may use an HSA or FSA card for payment.
• You are welcome to see us even if you have insurance, but your visit will be self-pay/out-of-pocket and will not be billed through your insurance plan.

By continuing to schedule, you acknowledge that you understand this is a direct patient-pay clinic and that insurance will not be billed or accepted as payment.
