We offer Direct Primary Care memberships for ongoing primary care, walk-in and same-day appointments for acute needs, and a growing menu of wellness and aesthetic services. Our team is small on purpose. Smaller means we know your name, your history, and your goals. It means your provider actually has time to sit with you, answer your questions, and give you care that fits your life. We are located at 1191 State Highway KK, Suite 202 in Osage Beach, MO, open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, with weekend appointments available by request.
